Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges only if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Exchangeable Products

Opened or used products, products damaged due to improper use or storage, and products without original packaging are generally not eligible for exchange.

3. Refunds

If an eligible product cannot be replaced, a refund may be provided to the original payment method. Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be accepted only before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, the order may not be cancelled.
